We run a fun and exciting programme for the young people each week alongside this we have the upkeep and running costs of our own hall so fundraising is a crucial part of keeping the group running for our young people. All donations are greatly appreciated and go a great way to keeping the group running. If you'd like to start your own fundraising event such as sponsorship for a marthon, sky dive or anything then feel free! We are part of the UK wide Scout Association who provide adventurous activities and personal development opportunities for 400,000 young people aged 6-25. Internationally, we have over 28 million young people enjoying the benefits of Scouting across 216 countries. Personal development means promoting the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual well-being of the individual, helping them achieve their full potential.
