It is a non profit making organisation. Over the years the group has gotten bigger as more people have become aware of our work and have started helping. Initially we became involved in fundraising activities to help other animal welfare organisation. However, this was not sufficient to our needs so we had to become a “hands-on” voluntary group, rescuing and re-homing unwanted, injured and abandoned animals. Some very dedicated member choose to be on our committee which is selected at the A.G.M. or by co-option later, it is a working committee, consisting of a handful of volunteers.
