Nepal Remote Villages Trust provides practical aid to these vulnerable people offering irrigation, farming training and solar power for local schools. We are now setting up a community farm to show good farming practice and trial new local crops. Trees are a big part of our current project as they offer produce, shade, wood and help prevent landslides. Planting trees also helps capture carbon and helps fight again climate change.
