(UK, 1097200) Browse eventsFounded in 1992, Marsden Jazz Festival is one of the UK's longest established Jazz Festivals. We seek to bring a wide variety of music from old school trad jazz to cutting-edge contemporary jazz to an audience of all ages. We have always aimed to bring as much music as possible to festival audiences free-of-charge - around three quarters of our gigs have no admission charge - and to encourage participation by a new generation of jazz musicians by involving school and college bands in the festival - to do this we are supported by sponsorship, grants and the pubs & clubs of Marsden. Every little helps!
