In setting our objectives and planning our activities our Trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit. We endeavour to provide the following for the community of Woodvale and Ainsdale: - Quality support for all members of the local community - A wide range of activities for the people of all ages and diverse backgrounds -Tutors and other professionals for the benefit of the community, thus addressing issues surrounding unemployment and employability, isolation, enhance childhood and youth development and to provide support which will help to build community spirit. - Activities specifically aimed at older members of the community, improvements in health and well being of participants and contributing towards improving social deprivation and access.

Our services are designed and offered to respond to real need and are relevant and necessary. We work long-term with young people from a range of difficult circumstances and backgrounds to enable them to develop the skills, competencies and aptitudes to compete in the local labour market, progress to further education and training, manage independent living, develop social networks and become active and contributing members of their local communities. Our multi-disciplinary team is innovative and energetic in its delivery of tailored casework and extensive group activities and is led by an active Board of Trustees which puts young people at the centre of all that we do.
