We are Self-funded group and are due to celebrate our Golden Anniversary in 2014.

The charity provides vital services and support which aims to promote a healthy standard of living, improved mental health and general wellbeing for people living with a disability or impairment in Surrey. We are strong believers in the ethos of 'Nothing about us without us' and the genuine involvement of disabled people in developing and delivering our services is at the heart of our organisation. SDPP has developed a number of services to respond to the needs of disabled people, their families and carers living in Surrey and these include: An Information Service, Home foot care service, Welfare Benefits Advice and Advocacy. Right now, when one third of the UK's green places are in danger of being lost or degraded, our work is more important than ever. The everyday green places that people use are especially vulnerable. 10,000 playing fields were sold off between 1979 and 1997. And only 10% of the UK's allotments remain. Places like these do not have special protection. They are all under threat at a time when local councils are cutting budgets. But neglecting green places is a false economy. It doesn't take long for a once-loved open space to become a magnet for anti-social behaviour, and a cost to society. So looking after green places isn't just about caring for nature. It's about caring for people as well. A well-used green place is a classroom, a gym, a playground and a sanctuary. It is a place that is good for people as well as for wildlife. The Conservation Volunteers help hundreds of thousands of people each year to reclaim local green places. Through our own environmental projects and through our network of 2,000 community groups, we see people – every day, and all across the UK – taking responsibility for their own local environments. YTD Raised: £304.19We are a two form entry infant school in Radlett, Hertfordshire. Please help us to support our school and it’s community. Following the devastating blow that COVID-19 has dealt us, we find ourselves in need of your generosity and support. Our income has seen a dramatic fall due to a loss of government funding, nursery fees and lettings, all of which contribute to our ability to provide the best resources and provisions for our children. Without this much needed source of revenue we will be unable to continue to provide the high quality of education and specialist opportunities we have prided ourselves on. Every penny we raise will be invested back into the school and spent on our children. We must too replace technology that we lent out to our vulnerable families, continue to provide specialist provisions, enriched learning environments, fund shows and deliver resources.
