The projects have ranged from digging fresh water wells, building churches, schools, home and pig farms as well as helping to establishing a number of different micro-projects, one of which was a bakery we setup. In 2013 I ran three half marathon and raised almost £1000 Helping the Hatians people of Haiti. Please watch a short video to see what a difference your help has made over these past 5 years. On the 6th April 2014 I will be lining up with 1000’s of other men and woman aiming to complete the Manchester Marathon. We have set up this charity to help make a difference to people, mainly the young, who through extreme poverty and human rights abuses are at risk of becoming victims of human trafficking. We believe that if we can change a life for the better, that in turn can change the world for the better. Our main goal is that of prevention but we will also seek to rescue those sold into prostitution or slavery. We aim to set up safe homes to provide immediate social, medical, psychological and educational support and bring healing. In the longer term we will establish projects that will provide ways in which these people will be trained and taught skills to help them help themselves in order to escape from the cycle of poverty.
