The club members are encouraged to develop their life skills by taking responsibility for running club activities as much as possible themselves. There are currently 3 social clubs; Steps for children aged 11-19, Riversiders for adults and 18-30 club to bridge the gap between Steps and Riversiders. There is also a football group and a multi sports group held at the local leisure centre. The Riversiders Trust would ideally like to see a community in which all people with a learning disability are valued equally, listened to and included. We want everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want from life.
