(UK, 1172007) Browse eventsOn behalf of the children, staff and governors, I am proud to introduce you to the Coombe Road Primary School 'JustGiving' page. We are committed to providing an excellent learning experience within an inclusive culture of pastoral support and care: an experience built on the foundations of strong relationships, where everyone is valued. As a one-form entry school at the heart of our community, there is a real ‘family feel’ to our school and the fact that all of our staff knows and understands the needs of all of our children is a true strength of the school. As a result, here at Coombe Road every child is given the opportunity to thrive as we remove barriers to learning, ensuring that all of our children make excellent progress and achieve as highly as possible. We are raising funds to enrich the children's learning to give them the best start in life. Mr Scrase Headteacher
(UK, 1166901) Browse eventsGET aims to inspire people from all backgrounds to get into the outdoors, to test themselves in different environments, and to push their limits. We want to help people develop their character through exposure to challenging, exciting and inspiring experiences. The Trust offers small to medium size grants to individuals who need financial support in order to achieve this aim. As young people are put under ever greater academic pressure and face growing social and psychological pressures through the emergence of social media and gaming mediums it has been the traditional reliefs that have been thrust aside. At times when it may be most needed, adventurous training seems to be dropping further and further down the list of priorities. We want to inspire people to take that next step, to try something new or challenging, and enhance their own expectations of what they can achieve.
