We aspire to a world where every young person who might wish to can be positively impacted by the Sea Cadets and launched for their life ahead. We seek to achieve this by offering young people the opportunity to take part in challenging and nautical adventurous activity "guided by" the Royal Navy.
St Clement's Church exists at the heart of Chorlton community. We are a vibrant faith community caring for one another and our community. Our four halls are used by over 40 different regular groups every week as well as one-off events throughout the year. We host parent and toddler groups, yoga, exercise and marital arts classes, art classes, dance, and a lunch club anda coffee morning for older people and much more. We run a branch on the Chorlton and Didsbury Foodbank at our daughter Church, St Barnabas, and provide two rooms for the Face 2 Face counselling service.
Dundee Stroke Exercise Club works with Leisure & Culture Dundee to deliver Exercise Classes, which are helping change lives. Strokes can have a major impact on people’s lives in a number of ways. As well as weakness, poor balance, memory and communication problems, a sufferer maybe feeling isolated and low. At Dundee Stroke Exercise Club all our classes are carried out by trained staff and an excellent group of volunteers (many who are Stroke Survivors) to help each individual realise that they are not alone.
Brain Tumour UK has merged with The Brain Tumour Charity to become the UK's largest dedicated brain tumour charity. We fund research and offer support and information to those affected whilst raising awareness and influencing policy.
Help for the Homeless are focussed on providing relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability & financial hardship. H4H will primarily support homeless individuals, and other disadvantaged people by providing & distributing food, drink, clothing & other goods & services.
It aims to reduce the toll of brain damage occurring before and at birth. This form of brain damage affects millions of children all over the world with one or more of these seven lifetime conditions: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, blindness and deafness at birth and learning difficulties.
We are a Church of England Parish Church set on the edge of Ilkley Moor. Our worship is in the Anglican Catholic tradition, with diverse services for all age groups. We have a strong musical tradition with three choirs providing singing opportunities for children, young people and adults and we have a 4-manual William Hill organ. Our church is a key venue for concerts and our Parish Hall is used extensively by local community groups.
ST PETER'S EATON SQUARE St Peter's Eaton Square is a Church in the heart of central London, just five minutes from Victoria Station. Its services are renowned for their beauty, and its Parish Hall and meeting rooms are used by many diverse groups and organisations within our community. St Peter's strives to be an inclusive church, offering inspiring worship and extending hospitality to all, but we do not have easy wheelchair access. That's why we have agreed that constructing a wheelchair access ramp should be our fundraising priority. Youth in Romsey is a support centre for young people aged 11-25 who help with any issue.We support young people, according to their needs, we help them to explore issues affecting their lives, to solve problems and help them to make informed decisions.We rely heavily on the support from our amazing volunteers whom without we would not be able to run the variety of services
