(UK, 1149717) Thank you for visiting Capstone Care Leavers Trust on MyDonate.The Capstone Care Leavers Trust (CCLT) is a charity that awards grants to people aged 17-25 years who have been in Local Authority Care in England or Wales and are in need.The charity enables care leavers on a low income to benefit from financial support not available to them from elsewhere. CCLT was set up in 2012 through the generosity of the Capstone Foster Care Group. They continue to support us, but we are an independent charity registered in England. Many care leavers have no emotional support network and very limited financial support after leaving care and yet they are often expected to live independently from the age of 18. Typically we give grants for laptops, education or training courses, essential household furniture & white goods. Please consider funding usto help those who deserve and need a bit extra to help them after leaving care and on their journey into adult life.
