Global Hope Network International UK seeks to empower those living in extreme poverty throughout Africa, Asia and the Middle East, to end it themselves through a process called Transformational Community Development. This process works alongside villagers in very rural areas of the nations most riddled with extreme poverty throughout the regions we serve. Research has shown there are five key elements oppressing those in extreme poverty making it difficult for them to rise above. These elements are: access to clean WATER; a renewable and nutritious FOOD source; WELLNESS habits to prevent diseases; access to at least a primary EDUCATION for all children; and INCOME generating sources for families. Once the community, working together, find solutions for the five key issues that meet cultural and local needs, they work to determine how best to bring the solution into reality.
