Thank you for caring about the children of separated families.Norfolk Family Mediation Service is a charity dedicated to easing the pain of divorce and separation.By providing mediation we aim to help families avoid stressful, expensive court battles, so that they can come to agreement in a calm and fair way that puts children first. With your support we help to ensure that the children of separation are able to spend time with mum and dad, and that they have the best possible chance of growing up feeling safe and secure. Norfolk Family Mediation Service has been helping families through divorce and separation for over 30 years. We know the breakup of any relationship is painful and difficult, especially if children are involved. We aim to help separated families agree on the things that really matter, such as who will pick the kids up from school, who will have them in the holidays, and most importantly, how they will spend time with both parents. We can also help people decide how to split property and finances fairly. We are proud to offer a caring, professional service to those in need and pride ourselves on putting children first. We strongly believe that mediation can help families through difficult times, helping separated couples build a new relationship based on fairness and respect, so that they can move forward and provide a stable, happy future for their children, whilst avoiding the stress and expense of a court battle.Thank you so much for understanding how important our work is, and for choosing to support families in need; we couldn't do it without you. The aim of the RKT Trust is to raise money for young people’s charities and projects within the North West. Our first project was to support the Friends of Milnrow Memorial Park to achieve their aim of building a BMX and skate park for the young people of the area. BMX biking was a passion of Ryan's and he was instrumental in getting this project started. In 2005 Ryan wrote a letter to Rochdale council asking for a skate park to be built in the area and it has finally come to fruition. We also intend to support other local charities such as the Rochdale Children’s Moorland Home. Through organising a series of fund raising events we strive to raise as much money as we can which will then help young people who need it and who are less fortunate than Ryan.
Girls Got Heart’s mission is to raise money and awareness to support specialist health services getting to our rural counterparts in outback Australia. We believe that regardless of postcode we are all deserving of critical health care. Girls Got Heart recognises the value of community and believe that individuals working together can make a real difference. GGH creates challenging cycle events for women, covering multiple days travelling through rural Australia. We do not race but work as a team and ride as one peloton supporting each rider. Heart disease is the leading cause of deaths in Australia and people living in rural and remote areas are up to 44% more likely to die from the condition than their city-dwelling counterparts.
