We aim to help by supplying a grant to help young people to do something that will help in their recovery which could be from music, swimming, driving lessons, ice skating lessons or going to youth groups anything that they feel will help build their confidence and self esteem. We also will be involved in raising awareness of mental health issues for parents through our support group from help and advice to holistic treatments and stress management. We are raising fund to help us continue our work raising awareness and breaking down the stigma of mental illness. we have many more projects that are getting planned at the moment which we are hoping to get up and running by august 2016.
