We are here to work anyone who finds themselves supporting a friend or relative. We work to enable people who are caring, to continue to do so, as well as look after their own health and well-being. Whether you are looking for advice about local support services or benefits, the chance to meet other people at peer support groups, want an opportunity to use our complementary therapies or simply receive our regular bulletin, we are here to help. A carer is, someone who provides support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. This could be caring for a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems”. All the care they give is unpaid.
