InterVol is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting the world’s neediest to materials, people, and opportunities. By recovering and redistributing medical supplies and equipment, and through the provision of volunteer opportunities for medical professionals and aspiring educators, InterVol is able to further its mission to engage humanitarian efforts worldwide. We reduce our carbon footprint by keeping usable medical supplies and equipment out of the landfill. We foster volunteerism across the generations, as they work side-by-side. And by using our skills to provide medical consultation and treatment in areas with limited access to care, InterVol makes a lasting impact by building long-term partnerships with organizations worldwide.
Knox Park Primary School is situated in the attractive, natural bushland setting. Our school enrolment is currently 300 students. We provide a comprehensive and sequential curriculum with an Inquiry focus. Our high quality staff provide a caring and stimulating learning environment for all. We value community involvement and our school has a wonderful community feel, that continues to be developed and nurtured under the premise that, ‘It takes a village to raise a child.’ We hope to enhance our student access to laptops, offering the best education available. In our current climate this requires the purchase of 50 additional laptops.

Welcome to Monash Primary and Preschool! We are a Department for Education site, offering high quality preschool and primary school education in the Riverland of South Australia. We are located approximately 240kms from Adelaide. We border the Monash Adventure Playground and Monash community oval, and have extensive grounds and play spaces within our school and preschool site. As an education community, we partner with families to develop children as Successful Learners. We nurture the social and emotional characteristics that all children need to develop to become successful citizens and life-long learners. These commitments form the basis of our work with all children and families from Preschool through to Year 7. We have a strong commitment to learning improvement, with the vision to develop learners who can talk about their learning, set challenging learning goals, persist with learning, seek feedback to improve and work as a member of a team. Building a positive sense of self and being able to build respectful relationships with others means that we deliberately offer a range of opportunities for children to be engaged and successful at preschool and school. In addition to core learning subjects and Specialist learning areas, we are heavily involved in SAPSASA Sports, Riverland Festival of Music, Buddy class/peer support programs, Student Leadership opportunities, transition programs and camps and excursions. Monash Primary and Preschool is a fantastic place to work and learn!
