“Live 95FM’s – 95 Stop Tour” is an annual charity event that takes place in Limerick every September. It is organised by Limericks Live 95FM and its aim is to raise much need funds for Limerick Kids. The main beneficiaries are Cari and The Childrens Ark at the Mid Western Regional Hospital. Both get 50% each of all money raised. Your money to date, has bought vital medical equipment that was so badly needed for The Ark Unit, and has paid for many precious, important hours of therapy for abused kids, amongst other things. We know times are financially difficult for people at the moment. But we believe we need to continue to try and help these kids in whatever way we can. Regardless of times been difficult, children continue to get sick, children continue to unfortunately get abused, and budgets and funds for these great organisations and charities tend to be cut more and more. All we ask is, you please try and give whatever you can afford, no matter how little that may seem. It all adds up in the end and really makes a big difference. Thank you. Under the CARESCO umbrella are a number of community services offered to our local community including day care for the elderly, our community print shop, our Friday coffee shop, a car scheme, our befriending service, a music based social group, a Christmas Day party, the food bank and a charity shop which helps to fund our activities.
