The Change Please Foundation was set up to focus entirely on the support and training for all trainees that start on our program. Our HQ is based in Peckham, at our state of the art SCA accredited Training Campus with on-site coffee roaster led by our partner organisation, Old Spike. Our 8 week program covers off on everything you need to know about coffee - from the sourcing and roasting right through to pouring the perfect flat white! Outside of just barista training, our impact team work directly with each individual to support them with housing, onwards employment and any specific health problems that may be a barrier to work. We believe in providing the full end to end solution with employment at the end of our program either internally at Change Please and Old Spike or alongside our amazing employing partners.
