(UK, SC043269) REACH were established to bridge the inequalities across Lanarkshire, to provide support to families who have a young person with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide a service to families and individuals in need of our support to lead empowered and inclusive lives. REACH provides emotional and practical support and guidance to individuals and families living with an ASD and raises awareness of the condition in the home and in the local and wider community. Objectives: • To relieve those in need, by providing ASD services of support and guidance both emotional and practical to individuals and their families • To promote the advancement of education by raising awareness of the condition to the families living with ASD and to the local and wider community • To provide activities and therapeutic interventions which support the social and emotional development of children and young adults living with an ASD • To provide education and self awareness to individuals with an ASD, their families and those who come into their contact with the purpose of empowering and including those individuals. Gateway originally started with our centre based on Kenion Street, and over the years has expanded to managing five different sites; operating 5 Day Services, a Respite provision and as a host to multiple Social activity opportunities to the community. Our success is largely attributed by our fantastic staff teams. We would not be the Gateway we are today without our teams working so creatively to ensure we assist our service users in leading a wholesome lifestyle. Actively accessing all integrated leisure, education, employment and living opportunities in the community. Our staff are all fully trained and qualified to work in our teams at Gateway. Our teams collectively have a wealth of experience from many different backgrounds, their strengths are identified and utilised to provide excellent services for the individuals we support. Every member of staff from the Chief Officer to the Caretaker to the Volunteers play an integral part in making Gateway the prestigious place it is.

YTD Raised: £270.00Base 33 provides intensive support to young people experiencing challenges because of difficult family circumstances, drug/alcohol mis-use, homelessness, and involvement in crime and risky behaviour. We are the only centre in West Oxfordshire (population 106,000) that provides a specialist service for vulnerable and chaotic young people through mentoring, project work and our health drop-in. We take referrals from the police, schools and local drug agencies. We support an average of 150 young people aged 13-25 each week. We have been working in Witney (population 23,000) for 14 years.
