(UK, 1183652) The Friends of Conquest Hospital buy extra medical equipment to enhance the care and treatment of patients, and to make the work of staff at the Hospital a little easier. In 2018, to celebrate the Hospital's 25 year anniversary, we raised £1m to buy a top of the Range MRI Scanner. We also buy lots of smaller pieces of equipment for use in the wards, operating theatres and departments throughout the Hospital.

YTD Raised: £550.00Urban Hope is a youth and community project in Islington providing safe spaces, positive relationships and new experiences for young people. Our team of staff and volunteers from the local community work with 8- to 18-year-olds, getting to know them over months and years, and helping them grow up into healthy, happy, fulfilled adults who are able to reach their potential and make a positive contribution to community life. We offer mentoring, drop-in clubs, holiday activities, residential trips and all sorts of bespoke support that falls in between and outside of our regular programme, from helping with homework to providing advocacy at meetings with school or social services. During sessions we cook and eat together, we play games, make things, sing, dance, and we talk about everything from the very trivial to the life-changing. Get in touch if you'd like to know more.
