Castaway Goole Music Theatre provides life-changing performing, leisure and training opportunities for adults and young people with learning, physical and complex disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions.  We run 3 performing music theatre companies – adult all-comers, youth, and a more advanced training company, and weekly workshops in dance / physical theatre, acting, rock, early music and stage bands, singing, music technology, stage sound and light and digital media.  Members produce a digital newsbook and create advocacy drama for training purposes. Castaway enables a group of often-isolated people to access and take part in enjoyable, high quality arts experiences locally and across the Yorkshire region, providing entertainment and learning opportunities and promoting awareness.

Uni Camp for Kids is Perth’s oldest registered children’s charity, being registered in 1936. In our 80th year, we continue to achieve our aim of providing camps and picnics for emotionally, socially, and/or financially underprivileged children. The organisation, based at the University of Western Australia, is run and staffed by student volunteers. We run 4 day-long picnics spread evenly throughout the year and in January we run three consecutive week-long camps. These are provided completely free to the children thanks to fundraising efforts of the committee and supporters.
