Girlguiding enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world. The aim of guiding is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world. This particular branch of the charity is currently focusing on the redevelopment of one of its greatest assets; Fyvie Guide House. In order for the house to thrive, a seperate vision and mission has been created. 'Fyvie Guide House aims to create a safe and exciting environment for girls in the North East of Scotland. We strive to develop skills, provide opportunities and inspire young girls.' Fyvie Guide House is 'Creating a Future.'
