The P&C Association provides an official structure that allows parents to get involved at College, to be a part of the community, and to raise funds to support our College. Our P&C doesn’t have any employees, we are a volunteer association. For a P&C to exist we must have an Executive Committee comprised of some of the parents and carers of children at School. We are strongest as a school community when we each give a little. We pride ourselves on our enjoyable, friendly and relaxed atmosphere of our P&C meetings – after all, the main reason we get involved is because it is fun. Our monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 – 8.00 pm. Meetings are held in a hybrid fashion where those who prefer to meet in person can come to the Met East Room, Senior Campus, on School Road, or virtually Microsoft Teams conferencing software. Meetings are open to any interested member of the College community. The Principle Trust was established in 2011 to provide completely free holidays for underpriviledged & disadvantaged children in the UK Currently there are 3.5 million children living in poverty in th UK. 1.6 million of these live in severe poverty. The Principle Trust supports those children through the provision of free exciting holidays at the seaside. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for young children and their families, who are disadvantaged socially, physically, emotionally or as a result of extreme poverty, particularly those with additional difficulties such as long term illness, violence or abuse, depression, disability or overcrowded and inadequate housing  Since 2011 we have helped over 300 children have some much needed respite &  a fun holiday.  Fundrasing to date has enabled us to purchase 3 holiday homes, and we cant wait to purchase our 4th!  Visit our website www.theprincipletrust.org to find out more.
