The Program is now established and proven in 16 Indigenous communities in Western Australia. We build edible gardens in remote Indigenous schools and communities for a secure supply of fresh food, and partner with them to deliver a hands-on practical gardening, nutrition education, cooking and hygiene program.
We exist to enable those who have and can to help those who don't, by building community and working to stop vulnerable people from falling through gaps in the 'system'. We've forged networks locally to set up Good Neighbour Schemes, a Credit Union, a Foodbank and a Childrens Centre. Overseas, we have trusted partners in Burundi, India and Sierra Leone who are providing much-needed healthcare and both refuge and rehab for some of the most disadvantaged people in the world.
