We provide a free 24-hour listening service available every single day of the year. You can talk to us anytime you like, in your own way, off the record, about whatever’s getting to you. Every donation we receive helps us to continue being there for all those who get in touch, whether it be by phone, email or text. - Only 1 in 5 calls are from someone feeling suicidal. - 70% of people surveyed felt it helped them cope. - 65% of people surveyed felt more understood and less anxious after talking to us. - 74% felt that contact with us helped them take the decision not to end their life. We are entirely volunteer-led and rely on the generosity of public donations to do our work. Therefore, fundraising has a vital role to play in our branch and we are extremely grateful to anyone who chooses to donate or raise funds for us.
