(UK, NIC105156) REFUGEE RESCUE: Volunteer Sea Rescue crew in Lesvos. Please donate to directly save lives.Refugee Rescue is a Humanitarian Search And Rescue team which was born in response to the mass displacement of people fleeing war, families who are forced to risk their lives to get to safer lands.Since 2015 over 1.2 million refugees crossed the Aegean sea from Turkey to the island of Lesvos where over 4500 people have drowned (and that was only the numbers recorded, many other boats that have went 'missing'). We could not look the other way.In January 2016 an international artist donated an ex RNLI Atlantic 75 rescue boat - "Mo Chara" ('My Friend' in Gaelic). We are now a rotating crew of skilled Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteers.We provide assistance for the many refugees who are crossing treacherous seas in unsuitable vessels at the hands of smugglers. Our sea rescue team is there to help these men, woman and children in this inhumane situation and stop anymore innocent lives lost at sea. (UK, 1148478) Change For Animals Foundation (CFAF) is an organisation committed to promoting compassion towards all animals and ending animal suffering. CFAF works to support and inspire positive change for animals around the world in partnership with local animal protection groups and an international network of animal welfare specialists. CFAF has chosen the route of partnership and co-operation and is already working collaboratively with international and local groups to create real change for animals. Transforming the lives of animals in various countries requires local knowledge and understanding of the culture from within the community, but many animal welfare groups find it difficult to access the resources and the strategic support they need. However, through working partnerships with groups around the world, CFAF can provide input in terms of expertise, research and other resources, so that positive change for animals can be delivered at both the policy level and on the ground. By working with organisations that are embedded in communities where animal welfare problems lie, CFAF will show that the lives of both people and animals can be improved when animals are protected, effecting true and lasting change.

Our passion is to minister hope, salvation and healing to the Nations and our local communities. We desire to worship God in our communities, to see the church revived, make disciples, train leaders, plant churches and reach nations for Christ. By preaching and proclamation of the Gospel and teaching of Christian doctrine and principles, providing Pastoral Care, Counselling and printing and distribution of the bible and Christian Literature including video and audio recordings or tapes and by any media which is or may become available. Our aim is to provide relief to persons who have a charitable need such as those who are suffering financial hardship,bereavement or those who are sick, promotion of equality and diversity for the public benefit and the advancement of education and provision of charitable education and support establishments or centres for children, youths and adults. We've joined Virgin Money Giving to help our members and friends raise money for our charitable projects and for our new Church and Community Centre building project in Birmingham UK. Our vision is also to break forth and assist in the development of communities across Africa and Asia, working on an individual basis with local Churches to build projects which address key issues relating to the specific community needs. To develop projects which are effective and sustainable within its community in a way which is ethical and environmentally friendly, to develop opportunities and widen future prospects for people across Africa and other impoverished Nations.
