The Charity has been working with people with mental health problems since 1967. We provide the following services: Community Services, including drop-in activity sessions and coping with life groups, mentoring and agoraphobia service, supported housing, low cost counselling service and Talking Therapies on the NHS. We also provide numerous opportunities for people to volunteer with our organisation to learn new skills and to gain the confidence to move on to paid work.
