All donations made will ensure that parents continue to have access to our range of support and information services: - a national helpline run by trained staff, 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - a telephone support network of trained volunteers - a website, which includes a moderated forum where parents can support and talk to one another - a range of literature for parents and their families - training for health professionals who are involved in the screening process - ARC also informs policy and represents the views of its members to the Government, the NHS and the media.
