Thank you for visiting our profile page on MyDonate.Ride 2 Achieve, Hereford - Horse Riding for the disabled.Ride 2 Achieve RDA seeks to provide bespoke support to disabled horse riders who wish to achieve their full horse riding and therapeutic potential.We operate as a non profit organisation, and are a Group Member of Riding for the Disabled National.   To achieve our aim each rider is provided with support and mentoring designed to fit with their own individual needs. From our base at Hoarwithy, Hereford we are able to offer varied and interesting horse riding lessons and associated activities. The site is equipped with an outdoor riding school, as well as many opportunities locally for riding outside of the school on country tracks and fields. We welcome applications from riders of all ages, abilities and needs.If you wish to ride, join us as a volunteer or simply wish to donate, please get in touch.  Please donate to support our cause. Pecan is a Christian organisation with the vision to see the lives of those we work with transformed, many of whom face seemingly insurmountable barriers. We run an emergency Foodbank for anyone in immediate crisis. We provide people with free food up to three times while their crisis is resolved. Foodbank is run by trained volunteers and all food is donated by local shops, schools and churches. We also work with vulnerable groups such as female ex-offenders. Our mentors get alongside the young women with the aim of empowering them to make decisions that will help them not go back to prison. Furthermore, Pecan works with the long-term unemployed in assisting them to find work, whether this be via training schemes, CV workshops, assisted job search and developing interview skills. Ultimately, we seek to enable each individual to achieve their potential and through that to see transformation in the community around us.
