Trauma Response Network

YTD Raised: £350.00Our mission is to provide immediate support for those who have suffered a mass trauma or who have been indirectly affected by such an event. The Trauma Response Network allows people who may be suffering trauma to be quickly assessed online by a network of psychological therapists. We provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) which takes place online, and all our therapists are registered with the EMDR Association UK. We have a simple self-referral system on our website https://www.traumaresponsenetwork.org/ In the past year we have provide support to people affected by Covid-19, many of who have suffered bereavement or who have worked as health professionals in the NHS. We have also helped people affected by the Manchester Arena Terrorist Attack, the Plymouth Shootings and the Grenfell Tower Fire. Over the next few months we are also expecting referrals for people who have been affected by the war in the Ukraine and we are needing to raise additional funds to help us respond to everyone who is seeking support from us.
