(UK, 1146220) The Friends of Ibba Girls School charity helps develop and build a residential girls school in the village of Ibba in South Sudan, the world's newest nation. Grounded in Christian values, the school will provide high quality education for girls aged 10 to 18 of all faiths and none, in a country where the vast majority of girls currently receive no schooling beyond the age of ten. We are seizing a once in a generation opportunity to make a practical difference, after decades of civil war, to the education and life chances of girls in South Sudan.
