We have around 60 members in total, who are driven in from their homes by volunteers and meet at the Community Hospital site in Thame up to three days a week. We have a manager and deputy supported by dedicated volunteers and a board of trustees and we aim to: Provide a caring, sociable and flexible environment meeting individual’s needsLiaise with and support the carers of our membersPromote choice, dignity and independenceMost importantly staff and volunteers have time to chat and encourage our members to socialise together, creating an atmosphere full of life and warmth. In addition we are becoming increasingly reliant on donations, bequests, other grants, in-house fundraising and membership attendance fees (only £10 per day!) and, in these uncertain times, the need for such support is likely to grow and so we are very grateful for all the help we receive.
