Familyand friends can join in the activity, or leave the member to enjoy the classwith the rest of the group, while they have some time to themselves. For Family members If someone you care about has memory problems, you'rewelcome to come along to our monthly family members' support group. It's achance to talk about your own experiences and feelings, or just listen to thoseof people in a similar situation. It can be a big help! Sessions are on thefirst Wednesday of every month at 2.15, while one of our activities is running,so the person you care for can be enjoying themselves at the same time.
