Helping disabled children and young people to live life to the full, while supporting their families in their vital role of caring - we help families enjoy the everyday experiences most take for granted. Employing clinical and registered nurse specialists The Chiltern Centre is unique locally in being able to provide care for children and young people with profound and multiple and complex physical, emotional, behavioural and medical needs. These needs include sensory impairments, mobility, communication needs, complex feeding needs, breathing difficulties, severe learning difficulties and long-term health issues including cerebral palsy, downs syndrome and autism. 80% of the children require at least 1:1 care, some 2:1 and even 3:1.
