WWV actively works with both ex-offenders and with young people with disabilities, and we help countless charities find volunteers to help them continue the work that they do as well .... by helping us, you are actually helping a lot of other charities too! In addition to this, WWV operates a free online database of volunteering opportunities with 2000 different organisations across the UK and around the world, matching thousands of volunteers of all ages with their ideal volunteer placement.

We support young people's mental health and wellbeing through free and confidential counselling. Our service is accredited by the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and we work within their ethical standards and practices. Last year 97% of our clients said we helped improve their mental health and wellbeing by providing a safe space to discuss and work through their issues with a professional counsellor.

Aims and Objectives Our aim is to re-home the animals in our care into loving, secure homes so they can live out the remainder of their lives happily. Objectives To care for and protect stray and unwanted animals and place them in good homes. It is our policy never to have a healthy animal put to sleep. We will not put to sleep any animal unless it is certified to be incurably ill or unmanageably aggressive. Such action will only be taken by our veterinary surgeons humanely and painlessly.
