YTD Raised: £0.00New Roots is a housing project which offers support and accommodation to homeless or vulnerably-housed young people in Bassetlaw. We provide a bespoke service to more than 30 young people and their families in a variety of properties across the area. We offer support to both single young people aged 16-21, and also to young parents aged 16-19. Each young person works with our staff and volunteers to create a unique programme of support which meets their own individual needs. These are reviewed regularly as our young people learn and develop, to ensure that they keep working. Ultimately, it is the aim of New Roots to support all of our young people to develop independent living skills and move on to suitable, permanant accommodation.
