YTD Raised: $0.00Palmetto Paws Animal Rescue is a foster-based, all-breed rescue based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, that offers rescue, rehabilitation, and sanctuary to animals in need. We do not have a physical shelter to visit — all of our animals are housed in private foster homes. Palmetto Paws is made up of volunteers and foster homes that care for and socialize our animals. Our animals have been rescued from "death row" in high-kill shelters and from situations where they are no longer wanted or abandoned. These animals are given a second chance at life. We provide any necessary medical care for our rescued pets to render them ready for adoption. Our goal is to offer each and every one of these animals a safe, permanent, and loving home. We serve our community and adopters by educating and encouraging responsible pet ownership, including the importance of spaying and neutering and the humane treatment of animals.
