We achieve this through the provision of a drop-in and day centre open from Tuesday to Thursday that provides light refreshments throughout the day, a main meal at lunchtime and a variety of activities to help build confidence. We provide training in life skills such as dress-making, computers, literacy, budgeting and nutrition. We have an important support role, and offer access to dealing with stress by providing a listening service. For those who need more specialist help, we offer signposting to bespoke counselling services.
