In 2011 CatZero completed a 3 year NEET programme with excellent results, exceeding all our targets.Over three years we worked with over 400 young people and of these, over 70% have moved on to either education, employment or training.CatZero worked, and will continue to work, with the most hard to reach young people within Hull and the Yorkshire and Humber area that are categorised as NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) through the delivery of innovative youth development training, allowing them to make progress towards the world of work through challenging educational and personal development programmes.  The experience is motivational and designed to bring about attitudinal change to employment.       The economic effect of NEET•      Cost to taxpayer can rise to £2,000,000 each*•      Annual national cost is estimated to be between                 •      £22billion and £72billion per year*•      Up to three times more likely to offend ** •      Up to 70% may experiment with drugs .•      Significant health and personal issues –        •      Teenage pregnancy, poor diet and smoking***
