Later life should be a positive time for everybody, but for too many people it is a time of poverty, isolation and a struggle to get by. We work with the community in Norwich to make later life rewarding through: providing timely advice and support, helping volunteers to really make a difference, supporting local groups to create social networks for older people and by lobbying and campaigning with older people themselves. All of these services are free and our 20 staff are strengthened by over 200 volunteers, so every pound we receive goes a long way. Any donation you can make will make a difference. We promise.

To assist cancer patients and their families and others affected by cancer or debilitating illnesses Jak wanted to create a cafe for neutropenic patients where they can eat in a sterile environment. Jak recognised the need for Family time in a specially adapted area for counselling, play or chilling out. To assist in the appreciation of music and drama and the development of children by this means. To assist in raising funds for other needs which Jak identified during his illness including indoor and outdoor sports activities for children of all ages We are privileged to have Neil Alexander, the Hearts Goalkeeper, as the Patron of Team Jak. Please help us realsie all of Jak's Dreams for Jak's Den by donating either as a one off or regulary or by doing a fundraising event of your own.
