With due regard given to safety, water activities are enjoyable and exciting. The impact of our provision can be measured in many ways. Participants gain in confidence, competence and fitness. Young people learn to work with others and gain an appreciation for the outdoor environment. As IYWAC enters it's twentieth year of provision it seems ever more important that we encourage young people to extend their experience beyond the classroom and the home. Our activities offer a positive antidote to the frustrations of disadvantage, disaffection and disability. IYWAC's welcoming atmosphere and professional committed staff make it ideally equipped to make a difference in the lives of young people.
