YTD Raised: £0.00The 5th is a Scout Group of around 170 beavers, cubs and scouts, in 6 sections, enthusiastically providing scouting activities and fun in Farnham for almost 100 years. The ‘Magic Carpet’ appeal has been set up to fund the replacement of the Taylor Hall’s carpet, which is beyond repair. The Taylor Hall is the hub of the life of the Scout Group, where all our indoor activities take place. It is a valuable resource, but when large ‘one-off’ jobs like the carpet need to be done it feels like a big responsibility maintaining the property as well as funding all the activities we want to do. It will be well used!

In all some 195 young people enjoy Scouting out of our purpose built Scout Centre in Frimley Lodge Park. The Scout Association is the largest youth movement in the UK with over 450,000 members. Scouting is all inclusive regardless of race, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
