(UK, 1165642) Thank you for visiting our profile page for North Benwell Youth Project CIO (NBYP).We are a small youth project working with youth people ages 8-25.According to the Newcastle Vitality Index, NBYP is located in one of the 10% least advantaged areas in England.Our vision is that North Benwell will not be considered disadvantaged or deprived. We wish to see the young people of North Benwell enjoy the same possibilities of life as their peers in other areas of Newcastle upon Tyne: the young of North Benwell will generate their own hope for the future and be the agents of their own destinies. All money donated will support young people accessing NBYP and offer them opportunities they may not otherwise get. Young people develop life and social schools through group work sessions, detached work, drop-in sessions and one to one support. One of the main aims is to increase self-esteem, self confidence and self-worth. Charity No: 1165642

NAYO focuses its efforts on the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS. NAYO runs a range of projects related to HIV/AIDS, environmental protection, care for orphans and vulnerable children, home-based nursing and palliative care, and sustainable income generating activities. One of NAYO's areas of focus is community public health. NAYO provides people with free and eaisly accessable HIV/AIDS antiretroviral drugs, as well as nutritional support where necessary. NAYO currently runs two free nurse led clinics: an HIV/AIDS clinic and a child health clinic. Another key focus of NAYO is the education and capacity building of young people in the community. NAYO runs a free health service center for young people, and supports young people through their education and youth work. This fundraising page is organised by NAYO International, Nancholi Youth Organisation's international fundraising partner organisation based in the UK.

This exchange has contributed to a decline in crime rates as young people are reintegrated into training and employment opportunities.

Being a member Girlguiding opens a world of opportunities that will last a lifetime. It provides a safe, girl only space to explore activities, issues and possibilities that are available to girls today. We're planning to build a new Guide Headquarters in 2008 to underpin the expansion of Guiding in Thame and have already received planning permission for the new build. The new building will also benefit the nursery that meets there and the wider community of Thame. All we need to do now is raise over £350000 in funding to be able to start!
