We meet at breakfast time, hence our name,the "Rotary Club of Bristol Breakfast". We are a mixed gender club; our members span a range from mid 20s upwards and the representation of business, professions and jobs is fascinating, too. The Club's main fundraiser is the annual Dragon Boat Festival. This will take place on 8th June 2014 on Bristol Docks. Over the last 12 years we have raised £460,000 directly from this event!
NETCO (North East Trail Centre Organisation) is a registered charity (SC046136) aiming to develop a mountain bike trail centre near to Aberdeen to provide access to year round cycling facilities. The national requirement for a centre in the North East of Scotland has been identified for a number of years. NETCO aims to develop facilities to meet this demand. The Trent Bridge Community Sports Trust works in partnership with the Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club and the Nottinghamshire Cricket Board to design and deliver new schemes to engage and inspire young people, often using cricket and the unique environment of Trent Bridge as a backdrop.
The Rotary Club of Stafford is a medium sized, friendly club of just over 40 members, men and women from the Stafford town and rural area. We are part of Rotary International, which is the world's largest service organisation for business and professional people. We believe in "Service above Self" and give our time to help organise events and raise money to benefit local and international charities. In 2012 we raised over £4,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support from a sponsored walk when over 250 took part. Dockland Settlements has three community centres in the former Dockland area of East London. Each centre provides a wide range of activities for all age groups in their residential and business communities. These include a breakfast and after-school club, ESOL classes, mother and toddler groups, activities for senior citizens, tap and jazz dancing, and a wide variety of sports classes.

Doing it for Dan was set up in memory of our 11 year old son Daniel Climance who was tragically killed on 10th June 2015 when he collided with a road sweeper whilst out riding his bike. Daniel was very sporty and Doing it for Dan has been set up to encourage children and young adults to participate in sport and leisure activities by awarding grants to individuals, teams and organisations in Wiltshire and its surrounding areas.
The Anders Foundation was formed as a legacy to Anders Nielsen who sadly lost his life in 2010 after a year-long fight with cancer. To celebrate Anders' determination to succeed and admirable work ethic, highlighted by the international success he achieved in his Badminton career, we aim to support young people of all abilities, both disabled and able bodied, to achieve their Sporting goals. The Anders Foundation will award monies throughout the UK to able bodied and disabled individuals and clubs / institutions on a case by case basis assessed by the trustees and in conjunction with selected experts from within the designated sport or activity. Badminton will feature prominently given Anders’ background but all worthwhile causes, such as Riding For The Disabled for example, will be considered.
