Al Mustafa Trust International (ATI) is an international relief organisation providing assistance to many of the world's poorest countries. Working in emergency situations and long term development programmes, ATI provides aid to orphans, widows, the elderly and children. Countries include Sudan, Kashmir, The Gambia, Senegal, Mauritania, Pakistan and Nepal. ATI is a signatory to the International Red Cross and Crescent Code of Conduct in Emergencies.
Hatzolah Israel, founded in 1985 is Israel's only authorised national medical rapid response organisation. Over 1000 fully trained medical rescue volunteers work in full coordination with, and are accredited by the national ambulance service (MDA). With over 60 branches nationwide, they provide high quality first aid care, arriving before the ambulance, within the crucial first two minutes of civilian emergencies and terror event alerts. They respond to over 250 emergency calls issued by MDA every day - 90,000 per year - serving people of all backgrounds.

The Mike Ellis Memorial Fund (MEMF) aims to provide life saving defibrillators as well as awareness and user training for rural communities where access to life-saving medical help by trained personnel might be delayed by the distances involved. The MEMF was set up in memory of Mike Ellis who was killed when he was 41 years old and was crushed under the wheels of s reversing lorry on a rural business park. This life-saving equipment can be used by anyone and can make all the difference to a casualty in an emergency.

The WBRRC (West Berks Rapid Response Cars) charity provides fully equipped blue-lighted response cars to off-duty ambulance staff who volunteer to drive for the WBRRC. They can respond to 999 calls if closer , in addition to the ambulance and often get to patients first, saving vital minutes.
