As well as buying a wide variety of play and educational equipment The Friends have regularly funded the transport costs for school trips, allowing the children to enjoy regular educational days out. We also recently gave every pupil a commemerative mug as part of their day of activities and celebration for the recent wedding of Kate Middleton and Prince William. Fund raising activities and events organised by the Friends include the Brisley village fete, quiz nights, sponsored events and ladies pamper evenings. We also frequently support other local and international charities including Brisleys twin school in Sri Lanka, the RNIB, Help for Heroes, Jeans for Genes, the Nancy Oldfield Trust and Melissa Ilboudo in her work to combat hunger and poverty in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Your support would be greatly appreciated by the children of Brisley C.E.V.A Primary School and the other charities we help along the way.
