Children4Music stands for children helping children with music! Children from various violin groups around the country and internationally play concerts to raise funds to provide musical stimulation to disadvantaged children either through buying musical instruments, concerts in hospital wards, music therapy or music lessons. Those events are organised by Children4Music. Children4Music also aims to improve the life of children, young people and their families through teaching music by bringing families together and by strengthening the community spirit. Children4Music wants to instill in children values including self-discipline, sense of achievement, teamwork and long-term commitment through musicianship.

New Diorama is an 80-seat studio theatre with the ambition to be the only London theatre to specialise in supporting the work of Theatre Companies and Groups. Presenting high quality theatre productions all year round is key to our charitable aims. Since April 2010 when we opened, we've received excellent reviews and audiences for our performance programme. Our database tells us that just under half of our audiences come from less than a mile away, which means we’re beginning to become a local theatre with an increasing number of repeat visitors. Our mission has always been to make NDT a flexible building that has time and space for all members of our local and artistic community. NDT has grown as a cultural hub of the West Euston Area, clearly evidenced by the number of high profile local events that have been hosted here. Financial support has meant that we are able to accommodate all space requests at a small or no cost to the community and events and performances have been subsidised to enable us to cater to smaller local audiences. To ensure that we maintain a broad theatre programme that reflects the diversity of our local community and wider borough, every season we make sure there are several shows and events targeted especially at groups in our community who may be under catered for or wouldn’t normally come to the theatre. As part of our commitment to exceed our Section 106 commitments, we pro-actively create events to involve our local residents in creative projects. This year has seen a varied number of NDT led projects that have involved residents and workers from West Euston of all backgrounds and ages. We rely on the generous donations and funding from people and organisations to allow us to continue in our mission of providing a platform for Theatre Companies and Groups, and offering a creative home for our local community.

Norwich & Norfolk Community Arts transforms lives by creating opportunities for active participation in the arts. Our focus on community development has given us a unique perspective in the field of community arts. NORCA has developed innovative projects and initiatives, which often have objectives above and beyond their artistic focus. Although we profoundly believe in involvement in the arts for its own sake, we also recognise and support the indirect value of artistic activity - for inclusion, hard and soft-skills development, community building, confidence and aspiration. Where possible we also try to leave something behind to take the work forward - active groups, long-term engagement, new networks, practitioners able to develop their own practice. The organisations remit covers the whole of Norfolk but our work tends to be focused on the City of Norwich. This is where we have established our track record, with our experience developing around Norwichs deprived communities. You can donate both to NORCA generally and to specific projects, such as Sistema in Norwich. Donations to projects are restricted to the delivery of that project alone and restricted project funds are shown separately in our accounts.

In the UK more than 4000 babies a year are stillborn, many for no apparent reason. That is 10 a day. This statistic has not improved in 20 years. We are raising money and awareness for stillbirth research. All proceeds go to the Maternal and Fetal Health Research Centre at St Marys Hospital, Manchester. Stillbirth is a devastating thing to happen and funding is desperately needed to help reduce the numbers. I started this charity in memory of my first baby Holly who died when I was 9 months pregnant.

For a registration form please e-mail [email protected] For more information about our organisation please visit: croydoncommitment.org About Croydon Commitment! We are a Croydon based charity working in partnership with local businesses for the benefit of other local Charities, Projects and Schools. Since 2004 we have helped Croydon based groups receive support from many of the larger companies based in South London. Without the support of our members and volunteers we would not have been able to provide much needed assistance to countless beneficiaries in Croydon. Our Corporate Social Responsibility brokerage makes getting involved in the community simple and provides huge benefits to the area. We host annual fundraising events which enable us to provide financial support for projects and charities in the borough. Croydon Commitment has longer term aspirations and goals; we have established the Croydon Grassroots Trust Fund and to date have raised nearly £1/2 million for the program. If you or your business would like to get involved and help make a difference in please contact us: T: 020 87743680 E: [email protected]
Some theatres present great plays. Some give artists opportunities to grow. Some have strong community relationships. The Young Vic does all three. Since their founding in 1970, they have evolved and grown. Over 30 years on, their building - intended to last 5 years - is falling down. Rebuilding is essential not optional.
