Without lottery funding they have raised GBP 500,000. Fundraising is continuing to make the Meeting House more comfortable, useful and welcoming to the local community.

YTD Raised: £0.00We are a husband and wife team called Bill & Lynn Morris from Ellesmere, Shropshire , England who travel to Kenya twice a year currently helping 13 schools & orphanages between Nairobi & Mombasa. We supply educational and sports supplies, which are donated by people in the UK, then sent out to Kenya where we distribute them ourselves to all the children we are helping. We have been travelling to Kenya since 2004 and have been a registered charity since February 2007. KSP have raised funding to complete numerous projects such as a kitchen and toilet refurbishment, solar powered lighting, new floors and even provided electricity. We have also donated over 2,000 desks which are made by local carpenters in Kenya. The desks are only £20 to sponsor so they make a great gift for Xmas, Birthdays or even a memorial for the loss of a loved one. The Royal Anglian Regiment Museum Appeal

YTD Raised: £0.00Last year the 1st Battalion, The Royal Anglian Regiment distinguished itself during its operational tour in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. However, the success of the tour came at high cost and nine men were killed and 58 were wounded in action. Now the Regiment is to build a Memorial at the Imperial War Museum's site at Duxford, co-locating it with the Regimental Museum, to commemorate all 69 of the its soldiers who have died on duty since it was raised as the Army’s first Large Regiment. The Regimental Memorial is to cost some £150,000. In parallel with this the Museum has to improve and update its displays in order to accommodate the weapons and artifacts brought back from Afghanistan and from future operational tours. The total cost of the Museum enhancements is £210,000, making a combined target of £360,000. Your donation will count. Thank you.
