Established in 2001 & based in the riverside market town of St. Ives, Cambridgeshire UK, SIYT is made up of around 60 students aged 11-17, with the aim of providing people in secondary education with the opportunity to develop performance skills and to gain experience of all aspects of stage craft.
Livewire Youth Music offers a wide range of support to young people not only in terms of music making and recording but also support during difficult times and in difficult situations. Hundreds of young people are helped every year. Budget cuts are threatening this work. Please help.

Supporting Lord Williams's School in educating our children Through fundraising to provide extras to which the school budget does not stretch. For example, in 2007 we raised enough money to buy photovoltaic panels for the new Science facility and this year we are supporting the Phoenix Appeal to rebuild a better Performing Arts facility after the fire of 2007.
Life for African Mothers is working to reduce maternal and neonatal mortality in sub-Saharan Africa by providing free drugs to treat pregnancy related complications.
Herts Children's Crohns & Colitis Support Trust (HCCCST) raises funds for state-of-the-art equipment for the benefit of children suffering from Crohns and Colitis at Watford General Hospital. To date HCCCST has donated GBP 50,000 worth of endoscopy equipment. HCCCST also supports sufferers and their families and promotes awareness of these conditions.
The Play Barn Project is dedicated to raising the necessary funds to create a safe haven for children with different types of cancers providing somewhere for them to play, in a safe, sterile environment together.

THE MERIDEN ROTARY CLUB Meriden Rotary Club organise events throughout the year to raise funds for charity. For two of these events we make arrangements for supporters to register as fundraisers with Virgin Money Giving and create a "Fundraising " page on the site through which their sponsors can donate money.Fundraisers can also pay the registration fee through the site. It is also possible to donate directly to our Charity Trust Fund via Virgin Money Giving. Virgin Money Giving is a Non-Profit Making organisation which collects entry fees and donations on our behalf and claims Gift Aid where appropriate. Outdoor Learning that sticks! After reopening as a social enterprise in 2011, Ardroy has gone from strength to strength, and has now completed the purchase of the premises from Fife Council. This will enable us to make significant improvements to thebuildings, thus ensuring the long term sustainability of the Centre. We have also had the roof reslated, and are asking schools, groups, businesses and individuals to 'Buy a Slate' to support this development. Falmouth Age Concern is a small independent charity based in Falmouth. We operate in Falmouth, Penryn and the surrounding villages. We have our own Committee and Trustees and raise all our own funds. We are not part of Age UK (the national charity) but do work closely with Age UK in Cornwall. We run a befriending service for elderly and disabled lonely older people. Our volunteers visit these elderly clients in their homes for an hour a week to have a chat and help them feel less isolated. The swimming pool at DJS is in desperate need of repair. We are hoping to achieve grant funding but need support from the local community. Since 1971, 165,000 children have learnt to swim at DJS pool. If everyone donated just £1 we could carry out these essential repairs and keep the pool open.
