We harness the power of data science in the service of humanity. The Puzzle: Charities and other mission-driven organisations are faced with an onslaught of decisions on how to best collect, analyse and visualise the data that will help them make the world a better place. The Solution: We create teams of pro bono data scientists who work together with these organisations to understand the need, find a solution, and collaborate to tackle the problem with data science.
We offer rural communities a source of independent, expert support on the particular issues that affect them and manage programmes designed to find new ways of meeting their needs. We work with rural people in Sussex to make sure their voice is heard locally, regionally and nationally. As a result we often step in when there is a risk that services needed by rural people could easily be forgotten. AirS is currently running a major campaign to improve support and funding for the many village halls in East and West Sussex. This is its 'Heart of the Village' campaign about which more details can be found on the AirS' website.

Supporting families impacted by Zellweger Spectrum Disorder, and helping to fund much needed medical research for this rare and devastating condition. Zellweger Spectrum Disorder affects approximately 1 in 50,000 children worldwide. As it's so rare specialists in the condition are few and far between, and families can feel cut off. As parents ourselves, some who have sadly already lost their children to ZSD, we know how scared and cut off families can feel. Our aim is to be a source of support both financially by way of small grants, and emotionally. Nobody understand ZSD better than other families on the spectrum. There is currently no affective treatments for ZSD; only management of some of the symptoms. We aim to help towards funding desperately needed medical research in the hope of better diagnostics, effective treatments, and one day, even a cure.
